Belton set the bar high for customer service and never said no. He established a reputation for being extremely reliable and punctual. Before long, Belton had several customers that called him anytime they needed hotshot services.
Six months later, business was booming. Belton hired two owner-operator hot shots to work for him, and RocK’n F Hot Shots started growing.
In 2018, Belton purchased his first semi with a step deck trailer that would lead to RocK’n F becoming one of the newest heavy hauling companies in Texas. Belton started taking larger and more difficult loads and added two asset-based Hot Shots to the team.
